Known as the "Marlin Darlin'", Gwen has spent 20 years specializing in real estate in Waco¿s surrounding areas. She has sold homes in Waco, Hewitt, Woodway, Robinson, China Spring, Lorena, Valley Mills, McGregor, and of course, Marlin. She enjoys working with potential buyers, as well as marketing the properties of her sellers.

Gwen has called Waco home for 40 years, but prior to that she was a regular rolling stone. She has lived in California, Tennessee, Alabama, Michigan, and Arizona. All her moving around inspired an interest in people that drives her today.

Gwen is a true people person and enjoys the interaction with her many different clients. She likes getting to know them and seeing them happy with their new homes.
